WIMI does not emphasize preaching in the pulpit over other types of ministry. Each person will be personally interviewed to assess her skills, education, ministry and secular experience. In addition she will receive a personality profile which will be used to indicate strengths and areas that require further development for maximum ministry productivity. WIMI will offer different types of ministry opportunities based upon individual situations. Emphasis is placed on evangelistic ministry such as home bible studies.

Every member will be a part of a network that will include women nationally, as well as, internationally. The WIMI website will provide upcoming and current events pertaining to global ministry opportunities. City-wide and regional networking opportunities will also be provided wherever possible. In addition, the WIMI organization will provide recurring training, ministry assessment, a spiritual gifts assessment, mentoring, monthly meetings, special conference, ministry resources, and support.
